This Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellation, plan downgrades, and service termination work for ChatB products and services.

02Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation prevents future renewals after the current billing cycle ends.

03Effective Date of Cancellation

Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of your active paid term. You will continue to have access to paid features until that term expires.

04Refunds

Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

05Plan Changes

If you downgrade your plan, the change may apply immediately or at the next billing cycle based on your subscription terms. Feature access may be adjusted according to the selected plan.

06Account Deletion
