You can request deletion of your personal data by emailing our support team from your registered account email address, or by contacting us through your account support channel.

- Registered email address and account or organization name.
- Reason for the deletion request (optional).
- Whether you want account closure in addition to data deletion.

For security, we may verify your identity before acting on deletion requests. Additional verification may be required for organization-level or admin-managed accounts.

Once verified, we begin processing your request promptly. Processing time may vary depending on account complexity, legal requirements, and backup retention windows.
05What Gets Deleted
Depending on your request, deletion may include:

- Stored contact records and conversation history associated with your account.
- Operational metadata linked to your personal data where feasible.
