The Platform https://dashboard.chatb.app ("Platform") is owned and operated by GRANDCAFE PRODUCTIONS, having its registered office at Poovathumkadavil, Karupadanna P O, Pallinada, Kodungallur, Kerala – 680670, India ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.

• User must be at least 18 years of age.
• User must provide accurate registration information.
• User must be legally capable of entering into contracts.

ChatB provides subscription-based SaaS services including CRM, automation, communication tools, analytics, and AI-powered business solutions. No physical goods are sold.

• Use the platform lawfully.
• Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform.
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials.

Users agree to pay applicable subscription fees. Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in the Refund Policy.

All platform content, software, trademarks, and designs belong to ChatB.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

By using our Platform and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and other applicable policies.
